If you receive funds via an SDR, AGWM now appends several additional files to your email statement, 3 files for each SDR you receive that month. One is a PDF file you can use to print out the SDR and fill it in manually. The second is an Excel (xls) spreadsheet you can use to fill in the SDR using Excel. The third is a CSV file. Save this file to your hard disk. Then from MRP go to the SDR menu and select Import SDR from CSV file. When you import contacts from Outlook, MRP allows you to specify which special list you want the new addresses included in. * [Added]Ability to download district missions office information. This information includes DMD name, address, email, phone numbers, etc. It also includes percent of missions offerings to be sent to the district office for those districts for which AGWM has information. o Note: MRP overwrites existing district data that you may have entered or edited manually. o There are some districts that have different rates for different situations. E.g., some have a different rate for in-district vs out-of-district missionaries or veterans vs candidates. MRP does not track these amounts. In this case, you will need to determine the rate which is appropriate to you and manually enter that information into the system via the Tools | District Info menu item * [Added] Related to the previous item, now when you print your district missions report, the recommended amount will be listed for you automatically. MRP does not enter the transaction into your itineration expense list. * [Added/Fixed] Printer options. There are now two print options on the file menu. One will print whatever report is open directly to your default printer. The second opens the printer dialog to allow you to select a printer, pages to print, printer options, etc. The same two options are represented on the Report Preview toolbar. To use this feature the user must use the blank spreadsheet created by MRP.Available for both Quarterly and Itineration reports. * [Added]You can now completely remove an SDR from the system. * [Modified]The quarterly mileage report now conforms more closely with the form provided by AGWM. The user must enter the make, model and year of the STL vehicle used via a new tab on the options menu. * [Modified]The option now is available for MRP to check the names, addresses and commitments (read pledges) included with the support csv file against the local database before the user browses changes from the support file. Removed references to Outlook and converted Word references to late binding * Fixed MRP so that upon initial installation, if mrpdata.mdb is available in the same folder, MRP will not ask where the data file is. * Temporarily removed email support due to complex issues with later versions of Outlook * Added the ability to register MRP from the Help | About dialog box. Registration emails now include the username and passkey. User just opens the Help | About box and if not currently registered a "Enter Passkey" button will appear. Click, paste username and passkey and register. MRP creates the passkey file automatically. * Added two new reports to assist in support and giving analysis and printing church callling records. These reports appear on the Support menu. * Added the ability to check for MRP updates on the internet, Help | Check for Updates. If connected to the internet, MRP can check for updates, read the latest changes (this file), and download the latest program update if desired.
