MRP 2.1

• Added: CVS file format which includes the zipplus4 will now be processed correctly by MRP. (All CSV files beginning 2/8/09 will be in this format). MRP will automatically determine the format of the CSV file so that it can handle older CSV files transparently
• Added: Purge Commitment Report on the Support Menu. This routine assists the user in purging commitments (pledges) as required by AGWM. The routine creates average annual giving data for up to the last 7 years (depending on whether the user has entered giving data from the CSV files) and displays the data together on a form which allows the user to purge (remove completely) or reduce the commitment level. The routine then prints out a report for submission to AGWM.
• Added: Edit Address List in Table Format (Address Menu). Allows the user to view, edit or delete donor information in a table format. (Note that adding new donors is not allowed via this interface). Filtering by field is available.
• Added: New fillter/selector options in the Address Select tab. Added the ability to select whether multiple criteria are joined by AND (exclusive) or OR (INCLUSIVE)
• Added: Reference field is now shown on Transaction Itemization Listing.
• Added: Ctrl+N now takes the user to a new transaction on the Mileage entry page
• Added: Option to create all Quarterly reports in PDF format without mailing. (This is really the same option as the Email All Required Reports to AGWM option but without emailing.
• Changed: Zip backup method. MRP now uses 7za.exe to create zipped backup files. This was done because of problems encounter when zipping on Vista. The setup file will install 7za.exe into the MRP program folder. MRP will use this file to zip the backup files. This addition may trigger a security alert on machines using firewall such as Comodo. 7za.exe is a safe program, a part of the open source 7z package.
  
• Changed: MRP allows user to produce Itemization list with scanned receipts even if there are transactions which require receipts but have not receipt scanned.
• Fixed (I HOPE): Printout of Transaction Itemization with scanned receipts. At issue was what happens when a large receipt (full page) is included.
• Fixed: CSV export of donor data.
  
• Fixed: Error when adding a new donor and then adding commitment data. (Previous you had to save the donor then come back and add the commitment amount)
• Fixed: Date fields widths on itemization reports were not wide enough for end of year dates
