The Missionary Records Program is a specialized program designed for AGWM USA personnel. This page provides links to downloading MRP.
MRP for Windows version 2.1a is available for download
You will need to upgrade to this version if you desire to use the CSV file provided by AGWM beginning with the Feb 10, 2009 email (January 2009 statement). As with every major release, there are bound to be problems, so please let us know if you encounter an error.

MRP 2.1c is here. Please note that this is a temporary release. It is an intermediate version incorporating some changes and fixes toward the next major release. It should be safe to use this file although there will be updates again soon. This file does not include a full installation of MRP. If you have not installed MRP at all, you must first install version 2.1a and then download this file and unzip the program file into the same folder as your version 2.1a.

There are a number of new features in version 2.0x. The primary change in this version is the ability to create and email quarterly reports directly without using paper. This version includes a driver which will link your scanner to MRP.
IMPORTANT! Before you submit your reports electronically be sure:
- You have received prior approval from the finance office of AGWM to submit electronically. I suggest you contact Ann Bull to request permission
- Your scanned receipts are large enough to be able to be easily read by the accounting clerks.
This version of MRP has been tested on Windows XP using Access 2000 - 2007 with no problems.
Testing on Vista has been more interesting. The installer will transparently install a different version for Vista users. I have tested this on Vista and it works, but there could be problems. Please let me know if you are using Vista. Tell me your experience.

MRP downloads.
- MRP 2.06 with no Access Runtime for XP or Vista (3.6 Mbytes) (7/30/08)
Use this option if
- you have any version of Access from 2000-2007 already installed on your computer or
- you have installed the Access Runtime (below)
- MRP 1.76e with No Access Runtime
In case you need an older version of MRP. - Access 2007 Runtime
If you do not have Access installed on your computer you still can use MRP. Microsoft has provide a link to download the runtime version of MS Access 2007 here. Follow the instructions on that page, download the runtime file, save it somewhere on your computer (your desktop is a good option). When the download is complete (it is 51 Mb), run it to install the runtime version of Access. After the installation of the runtime is complete, install the latest version of MRP.
Select this option if:- You do not have MS Access installed on your computer
- If you need the runtime and download this file, you will still need to download an updated program file (above).
- Blank Datafile. (99 Kb)
Select this option to to download empty data file only. This is for those who want to set up additional data sets. - Blank Excel spreadsheet to use for importing address data into MRP
If you can make your data fit into this Excel spread sheet, you should be able to import it into MRP.

This is a big download but has video instruction for nearly all the aspects of using MRP.
Important: if you have installed a previous version of MRP and entered any data, do not overwrite MRPData.mdb or you will lose your data.
Backup: When doing backup you only need to backup mrpdata.mdb. This contains all your data. Please backup!
